How do I cancel an order on the oreilly online store.
I've been waiting for cjkv information processing on the oreilly website. I've already placed the order, and was waiting for you guys to ship the book. During the interim, I managed to buy a book from a private reseller and would like to cancel my order.

You can cancel via phone, e-mail or even here on Get Satisfaction. For speed, I recommend calling us. That is the best way to get an order canceled. If you just need that one back order canceled though, all I need is your order number and I can get it taken care of for you.
