How do I get/download sample data from O'reilly that is listed in a book from O'reilly?
I purchased Learning SQL by Alan Beaulieu from O'Reilly. On page 14 he gives the path http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/learni... to get a file for sample data used in the book. I went there and don't see any toggle, path etc to get the data.
