In order for your friend to download the book, your friend will need an oreilly.com account (which can be created at http://members.oreilly.com/).
Once your friend has set up an account, please contact our customer service department at order@oreilly.com or (707) 827-7000 / (800) 998-9938.
They'll need to know your account login email address, as well as your friend's login email address. They should then be able to give your friend access to the file.
