How do I replace/upgraded my ebook(undownloaded) to the printed copies?
I got two ebooks and a print book as a bundle, but I wanted three printed books. How do I replace the remaining (undownloaded) ebooks to print?
I don't want the ebooks, can't use them, can't stand them.
I don't mind the cost difference, I just don't want to buy a book twice (let alone two).
