I made a pdf purchase without an account, now I can't download it.

I bought a PDF book with order number 492193, but it didn't ask to create an account. Now it requires an account to download, and I created it (sinsalaco@kpmg.it), but it didn't work (no book shown). I wrote to the customer support at order@oreilly.com, but I need it as soon as possible, as I have a course starting on monday. Is it possible to get it e-mailed to my address? Thank you.
