I made a pdf purchase without an account, now I can't download it.

I bought a PDF book with order number 492193, but it didn't ask to create an account. Now it requires an account to download, and I created it (sinsalaco@kpmg.it), but it didn't work (no book shown). I wrote to the customer support at order@oreilly.com, but I need it as soon as possible, as I have a course starting on monday. Is it possible to get it e-mailed to my address? Thank you.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Hi Salvatore,

Your account has been linked to your purchase. You can now log into your oreilly.com account and go to the Electronic Media tab and you should see your PDF there.
