I was about to order 2 bks, total 39.98. Billing page provided no free 3rd bk and $5 plus shipping. Why?
I though a 2 book order provided 3rd book free. I though orders of nearly $40 incurred no shipping charge. At check out the billing statement provided for neither. WHY?
