It appears that you can order an electronic version of iPhone: Missing Manual 3rd edition, but can only pre-order the print version. Is that true, can you download the digital version right now?

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, you can get the electronic version now. Once you purchase it, it will become available in the Electronic Media management area of your account. If you purchase the Print + Ebook bundle, the electronic version should be available immediately, and the book will be shipped to you once it is printed/available.
Our books often become available as ebooks somewhat earlier than the print book is available. We post the electronic versions as soon as the book is complete.
