mac photoshop elements 4.0 for mac: the missing manual

I am trying to track down a copy of a book titled 'Photoshop Elements 4 for MAC: The MIssing Manual (or a suitable equivalent) Do you have anything in stock or know where there is one in stock that I might purchase? I live near your Cambridge Office and could even pick it up there if , of course, you stock books there.
