Missing Tip / Caution icons in ePub files
I purchased 'Programming Scala' today.
In the section 'Conventions Used in This Book', the icons for 'Tip' and 'Caution' are missing.
I am reading it with the ePub version in my Sony Reader PRS-700BC. I tried it with FBReader in my PC, and the icons are still missing, which could mean it's not a reader problem but an ePub file problem where needs a fix from O'reilly.

Thanks for noticing and writing about the icons. We don't include them in the ePub versions of our books. Due to the variability of ePub readers, we generally try to keep the presentation simple. For the notes/icons, we opted for a simple header (Note/Tip/Warning) above an indented paragraph. The bear trap and paw print icons can still be found in the print and PDF versions of the text.
