Need online code referred to in XSLT Cookbook
I am looking for an XSL namespace document referred to in the O'Reilly book XSLT Cookbook on page 214. According to the book, it was at http://www.ora.com/XSLTCookbook/mname.... Can you please provide this document and others that were in the same directory?

There isn't actually supposed to be anything there, it's just a "namespace", a unique identifier. Here's the wikipedia entry for xml namespace - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XML_Name...
Also, check out the examples on pages 208 to see how they are sometimes used in XSLT.
