Need sample/source code for "Start Your Engines - Developing Driving and Racing Games"
I have recently purchased "Start Your Engines - Developing Driving and Racing Games", published by Paraglyph Press, and cannot find the source code. It is my understanding that O'Reilly now handles the titles by this publisher. Is there a URL that you could point me to, which would have the source code for this book? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the Paraglyph Press website is gone and we don't have any of their example code for their books. I was able to find the author's web page for the book, with a bit of the code here - http://www.ucalgary.ca/~jparker/racin...
Perhaps you could contact him and ask him for the rest of the code.
