order issues
order 328274 - download (2 plus one free)
I tried to pay 3 times; it didn't work (payment worked fine this morning with another item)
In my orders I find the order 328274 as booked, and 'ready for download', but the items are not in the 'electronic media'
Also, I can't do any action on the order, i.e. pay the items. If the items were not paid (as the message I got 3 times) it should figure as such on the order page (in the order status, etc.) Strange...
This is just to be sure that the items were not paid 3 times.
Please tell me what happened.
