Orders don't show tracking information.
On the "Orders" page under my account on O'Reilly.com, for a previous order and an order I just made the other day, the books with a status of "Shipped" do not have a "Ship Date" or "Tracking number".
Is this a known issue and is there a timeframe for resolution?
