PDF download icons no longer shown for MySQL Cookbook...

Why are there no longer PDF (download) icons for chapters of the book:
MySQL Cookbook, 2nd Edition by Paul DuBois

I was able to download some chapters of this book in May, but not now. I have plenty of download tokens, some of which are about to expire. I still see PDF tokens for other books on my bookshelf.

Hi Fred,

Thanks for letting us know -- looks like there was a simple error from a recent metadata update. We're fixing it right now, and you should see the icons back up there within 24 hours (as the fix migrates through Safari's systems). Sorry for the inconvenience!

Andrew, I see no change after 3 days. The icons are still missing. Any help? --Fred

Sorry about that Fred, it looks like we applied the fix to the first edition instead of the newer second edition. I just personally confirmed the change has been applied, and should (actually) go live within 24 hours.
