Inappropriate?We're back, MLKGrant; alas, the One-on-One books include all project files on the DVD. The color wheel is not a project file, so it’s not included.
That sad, there's a pretty nifty freeware version you can download here:

Look for the link that reads "Download Color Wheel Pro". I'm not sure exactly what your applied need would be (print out? interactive software? other?, but I do hope this helps.
