Why can't I find Portraits & Prints in the missing CD section on the Missingmanual.com?

I would like to download Portrait & Prints, a companion to IPhoto. I have followed the directions on Pg. 182 of the IPhoto '09 Missing Manual and I can't find the download. How can find and download Portraits & Prints?
