Why won't you tell me what's wrong with my credit card so I can fix it and buy stuff from you?
I keep trying to buy a PDF from you, but it keeps telling me that there's something wrong with my credit card, but it doesn't tell me what. You should at least put your customer service number where it's easy to find.

Hopefully you're problem has been resolved, but if not, please contact customer service at 800-899-8969. We don't get much information back from the card processor about why the charge failed, so we're not able to give you an exact error message with an explanation at this time. We're hoping to improve that, however.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, that's what you have to do. There's a weird problem they have with some credit cards and they have to enter your information manually. -
