Won't accept my order
I chose not to register as I expect that I will only be a one-time customer. When I attempted to finish my order (iPod-the Missing Manual) and clicked on the button that would charge my credit card I got a warning page that you were unable to update my personal information. So I don't know if my order went through or not and I do not wish to receive TWO copies of the book nor to be charged twice.

Inappropriate?I know I've the exact same problem with navigating through some online e-commerce systems, and it can be very frustrating. Sorry to hear this happened to you. I've never been charged twice before, although I've feared it would happen. So, I guess I'm lucky.
