clicking on a link in the Daily Digest no longer leads to the Other inbox site but to a 404 page

Inappropriate?for the past two days my daily digest emails have improperly formatted hyperlinks for each messages i want to read on OIB.
the links look like this:
[CS digest] Los Angeles Meets
when they should look like this:
[CS digest] Los Angeles Meets
...note that "http://my.otherinbox.com" is missing from the hyperlink being formatted
