Mark all as read, in all folders
It would be nice to be able to mark ALL new messages as read, in every folder. Now I have to go through each folder, one by one, to mark all messages in that folder as read. If I could do that across the board with one button it would save time.

Inappropriate?I was just about to post this as a new issue, so I'll +1 this one instead. Especially frustrating is that after clicking a mailbox, you have to wait for the XHR call to complete before the Mark All as Read button will work. This isn't obvious, because the button isn't being refreshed (so it looks available during the XHR call, even though it isn't) -

Inappropriate?While you're at it, can you implement a "normal" Inbox to compliment the subfolders/mailboxes? This would allow me to perform all sorts of actions (including mark all as read) on all messages by just clicking on an Inbox mailbox. It's a real pain to have to scroll around and click on lots of individual mailboxes to see what's in them.
