Otherinbox gets stuck on the loading page
Occasionally when I refresh Otherinbox it gets stuck on the loading page. This can be frustrating when I want to see my new notifications right away. When I try to refresh again the same thing will happen. Usually I just have to come back in 20 minutes or something and then it works fine again.

Inappropriate?I also get that occasionally. It's annoying enough that I can't view a message and it's obviously not going to load. Is there any way we can just view the raw email as text and all the encodings that may not look terribly pretty? Obviously, it's important to be able to view the email when received, not when it finally "loads" in the inbox.1 Comment

maceyr - When this happens, can you see the frames of the application but the message just won't load? Or, is the entire application not loading properly?
There is a View Raw Message button that can show you the raw message of one that is selected. -
Inappropriate?Just the message shows the "loading". If I go to another message in another folder, it works fine. The problem is that the unread message won't load so I know there's a new unread message but I can't view it since it's "loading".
But, like KathleenLD says, if I come back at a later time, it seems to load. The problem is that it may be a day or so later when I go back in my inbox. Especially for important emails, encountering this may not be so great. -
Inappropriate?I see. If you run into this problem again, would you mind letting us know what your OIB username is, what mailbox the message is in, and the subject line of the message in question? Or, when you are able to see it again, forward the email to us? I would like to investigate this further to see if there's anything about that message that is causing the problem.

Inappropriate?I cannot log in to otherinbox using IE7. I get to enter my username and password, and then I get the Loading page, but no further than that. If I use Firefox I can log in OK. I use IE7 regularly, and only downloaded Firefox to see if I could get into OIB. I'm using Vista Home Premium.
