Refund Please

Ever since I have paid for a premium account I have been very unhappy with the service. The reason I upgraded was that I wanted to use my own domain. Ever since I have switched my MX records, mail comes many hours after it is sent or not at all. The other reason I upgraded was your IMAP access. Most of the time I find your IMAP server down or VERY SLOW to respond. Accordingly, I am asking for a refund. What do I need to do?

We've had some explosive growth over the past month and it has really affected our quality of service. Our programmers have been working overtime (they are at it today) to add capacity and speed things up.
We completed some major upgrades this weekend that we believe will make a big difference for your mail delivery speed starting this week. We're going to continue improving things over the next month. If you're willing to give us a second chance, I think you'll feel better 30 days from now.
Our current IMAP implementation works well for some but is slow for others. I'm not sure when that will get better.
If you want to terminate your account we will promptly issue a refund and wish you the best. In case you're willing to give us a second chance, I have added an EXTRA year of premium service to your account for free as a thank you. To request a refund, please email help at oib.com

thanks joshua. i think we're more interested in reliable refund than a free service extension and wish you the best of luck with growing the service. looking forward to a final resolution to the service instability.
