Refund Please

Hello,

Ever since I have paid for a premium account I have been very unhappy with the service. The reason I upgraded was that I wanted to use my own domain. Ever since I have switched my MX records, mail comes many hours after it is sent or not at all. The other reason I upgraded was your IMAP access. Most of the time I find your IMAP server down or VERY SLOW to respond. Accordingly, I am asking for a refund. What do I need to do?
