Hello, Terry.
Thanks for installing Automatic Organizer!
I am sorry about how slow Automatic Organizer is running for you. Although not an excuse (just an attempt at an explanation), we have had a large number of new signups in the last week and our servers have gotten behind. We have been working around the clock to catch everything up so that recognizing messages to organize and filing these messages into folders becomes a lot faster.
In other words, the email that we sent arrived before our systems were able to create the folders in Yahoo! Mail. You should eventually see several folders in your regular Yahoo! Mail folder list that all start with the letters "OIB". All messages that Automatic Organizer recognizes and files away will be into these folders.
If some time passes and you never see these folders, please let us know to see if there's some other problem affecting your account.
I’m confident

Wow, I would call that "Rapid Response!" Still and yet, how do you define "if some time passes?" Would that be before I go to work this morning,(soon, very, very soon) or before next paycheck arrives?(interminable) -
How about we give it a day? It shouldn't be that long, but if a day passes and still nothing, then we should probably take a closer look. -
I am honor bound to report that the new folders showed up in my YahooMail while I was composing the above comment. All looks good now! Thanks. -
Two days now. Still no folders -
AJaffe - do you mind forwarding me the evaluation email we sent to you when the scan was completed? Also, what do you see when you open Automatic Organizer from your application list? -
It works perfectly now ... tahnk you. I guess it just took a few days to get it set up and functioning. I am very pleased with the product!!!!! -

Inappropriate?I just installed the OIB and saw this help forum I hope my wait time is not as long as some have waited. What kind of outfit are you and how are you connected with Yahoo? Should I report you to the BBB or give you time and accept that this is new and not very well tested. Is that right that only 7 people are using this service.
I’m disappointed

Right now, after installing Automatic Organizer, it may take up to 24-48 hours for your account to make it through our queue. It is are absolute highest priority to speed up all of our systems.
We have had thousands of new users sign up for Automatic Organizer over the past couple of weeks and we are working very hard to catch everything up.
