Owner of BestVibes wants a Fresh Start!

Hi There,

I wrote you a couple of days ago and kindly asked you to re-activate my listlng...you didn't respond so I called my Torstar rep and they said it was because you felt My listing was "online only"... which it is not... and I had to prove that we have a location that was "mappable".. and it was supposedly sorted out... but you guys didn't reactivate the old one with all the links from best sex shop/ best adult shop etc and pictures...you just created a new one that you won't let anyone do anything to or find on your site!

I don't want to keep fighting with my rep for Torstar about this.. If you could please hook up the original listing so we can get on with our lives it would be greatly appreciated...

You can even review the site yourselves if you like...I know you have employees who rate things working for you...as I was an early adopter of ourfaves... so even if you re-open it with the same links in and with "looks like a nice site/shop"... I would be happy...

BTW... there is no space between Best and Vibes it's BestVibes and we always brand it with the .ca even on our store signs... that way there is no differentiation between our shop and our site...They are one...

    Hello,

    We're sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced until now, and thank you for bringing this directly to our attention here. Unfortunately, we had not received your first message to us (could you please let us know what email address you used?) but we had been in talks with your rep recently regarding your listing.

    Your original link had been deleted before we spoke to your rep after your most recent review came to our attention because it was flagged as spam. At the time, we took care to confirm that your store was a mappable location as its name was originally listed in our site as "BestVibes.ca". Since our redesign, our current listing of businesses are only those that have physical addresses; other listings that come to our attention as site-only services are removed. On your site, we tried clicking the link that says "storefront" which didn't work -- without seeing your contact number to reach you on your site, we had to interpret the broken link confirmed that your store is online-based only.

    After your rep informed us that you were in fact a physical address, we reposted your listing here (http://ourfaves.com/place/1043179/bes...). The link is very much "active" and ready to be reviewed by your customers, we also have sharing and bookmarking options that you are able to use to encourage them.

    I hope that this helps, and I will correct the business name as BestVibes as soon as possible (including it as BestVibes.ca may seem confusing to other users, but we do have your website link on your page if anyone wants to visit the actual site).
