Waiting for days for someone to get back to me from this website about why I haven't received an email to activate my account. I sent two emails this week and I am still waiting.

I am so sorry to hear that. Which email address did you send your request to? We recently responded to a message that is similar to your request, but I am not sure if that is your account. Please let me know your email address and username so that we can get to the bottom of this. I've also just checked in with our web development team and they asked if you could check your junk mail or spam folder if our confirmation email may have ended up in there by mistake.
