Hi Everyone -
There is currently a problem with the blogger widget install API that is effecting all of the widget installs (not only outbrain). This is the message that you may get in your install,
"We're sorry, but we were unable to complete your request.
The following errors were found:
sectionId: Required field must not be blank"
There is a temporary work around at link below and we are also currently working on a permanent solution - I'll let you all know when we have one.
I'd like to install the outbrain widget for Wordpress, but I'm using wp-supercache and I wonder if that will cause problems. How does outbrain interact with Wordpress's popular caching plugins?
How do you manage to get the outbrain widget title (Ratings by outbrain) to NOT display on my Blogger blog? This is a stroke of genius; I wish more widget developers could get it right!
I installed outbrain ratings a few days ago, and all works great! Except, I don't get to see any statistics on the outbrain site (clicking thru the question mark at the 'top posts' section on the blog. Should I wait patiently or is something wrong?
I've researched/read the read-me files and posts on this site, it says you need two ratings by two seperate people for a post appear. The widget has been added (I'll try removing and adding again), also there is a post with 3 ratings, so if the two ratings is accurate then why is nothing showing up?
Here's our site's blog

Many thanks in advance.
is is possible to change the url for ratings? i have moved to a new domain and want to retain votes posted on existing content, rather than starting again. Thanks

Hi - I installed the sidebar top ratings widget with your help a little while ago, and it worked great.
The site lost all my ratings when I upgraded to a custom URL, which I can live with.
However, on re-rating my "posts", it only shows the last 10 posts. Is there a "date" restriction in place (ie. only posts in the last month are "Top Rated") and is there something I need to do to get it to rate all posts on the site?
