can't send key to claim my wordpress blog
When attempting to send the key to claim my Wordpress blog at http://sheenonline.biz, I hit send and the spinner just never goes away.

i have tried with ie7 and firefox 3.0.1 browser on wordpress platform and the spinner just never goes away.

Inappropriate?I am using WP 2.6.1 and when I paste my outbrain key and hit the send button it will give the following message:
We did not find the key in the original blog URL you gave us. Make sure we have the right URL by reviewing the "Manage Blogs" section in your outbrain account. If the URL is wrong, please delete the entry and start over by going to "Claim your blog".
WHen I go to the manage Blogs on the Outbrain page it tells me that I don't have any blogs associated with my account YET I KEEP ADDING MY DOMAIN. AND IT SHOWS UP IN THE PENDING BLOG CLAIMS!
But if I "CHECK NOW" I get the following message:
We could not find the outbrain key in your blog. Please check the following:
1. Is the URL you gave us the correct one?
2. Verify that the correct key is in the blog. More on that here.

Inappropriate?Hello Kate,
I have the same issue with Outbrain as described by DJ Allyn above. I have written about Outbrain in the past when it was just launched, on my other blog, and It worked fine, but this error of not getting verified when you have put all the details correctly is really taxing.
Its not getting verified either from the blog or from the Out brain Control Panel.
Would really appreciate it if you could get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Viki - I understand your concern. Could you email me at kate[at]outbrain[dot]com? We have an idea of how we might be able to fix this but we're having trouble recreating the problem. With your help I think we can get it sorted out much faster.

The issue seems to be resolved. Its been about 5 days that I have told you guys and I didnt check yesterday, but today when I checked, my blog was verified and accepted!

Inappropriate?MY wordpress blog also having this problem ...The key you entered is wrong, or the pending blog claim request associated with it no longer exists. Log in to your account at Outbrain. In the "Manage Blogs" section find the relevant pending blog claim , remove it and start over. , But when i try to add my blogger blog everything work fine.

Inappropriate?again , when i hosted my blog at my home pc using wordpress it work perfectly..in WP 2.3
Now when i move to co-host and using WP 2.5.1 , it come out with the above error

Not sure if this thread is still active but I think we've started to make some progress on this problem. If anyone is still experiencing the "spinning wheel" problem when they try to claim their wordpress blog please send me an email with the list of plugins you already have installed on your site. Our widget is conflicting with another plugin and we're trying to figure out which one.

Inappropriate?Same problem... When trying to verify I just get a continual "loading" screen...
WP blog 2.8.4... No luck... tried everything. OS on my PC is Windows XP... using Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox's latest.
Re-Installed plugin with "no love"...
Any answers on this one?
