If you go to http://www.outbrain.com/get/ratings/O... and follow the instructions to install, you should be able to reinstall. Don't check the "Register" box, just generate the code to drop in your page. Also, make sure you aren't logged into the site; if you are, log out first and then go ahead with the install. It's a bug in the system but as long as you're logged out, you should be able to reinstall.
