Remove "You might also like this"
I would like to only have the 5 star rating widget. Can I remove the "You might like this" text? I've read that this can be changed via CSS.
Does that mean changing the text to the same colour as the background?
Can I just remove the code for this part of the widget, or would that affect the rating?

yes you can remove it from your dash board, just enter your blog setting and choose the "no recommendations" radio
