Some posts are not showing ratings with blogger?

I have a problem where ratings for a couple of posts are not showing up. I'm using blogger template and seems wierd that it would work for some but not all since they all use they same code to display each. Development site is http://dev-numbstar.blogspot.com/. I'll need to claim the production version of the blog - i'm worried the same problem will occur?
