Uninstall Instructions
Not that we encourage you to do so, or think that you will want to... but just incase you insists, here is how to uninstall the Outbrain Rater Widget:
Blogspot:
From your Dashboard:
Click Layout >> Edit (on Ratings by Outbrain) >> Remove Page Element.
Typepad:
From your Dashboard:
Posts tab >> Design tab >> Select Content >> Under Widgets look for “outbrain rater” >> click the little x.
Drupal: Simply delete the Outbrain folder under you modules directory.
Wordpress: Simply delete the Outbrain folder under you plugins directory.

Are you on blogger? If so, if you have already removed the outbrain widget from your layout and it still shows you can try going into the code and deleting the following piece:
<b:widget title="Ratings by outbrain" type="HTML">
This can be found on the layout tab in the “edit html” section. Remove the code listed above.
