"Refresh conversation" button

A small button that forces a screen refresh would be very useful. I find that on all Campfire clients, not just Ember, when the wireless signal isn't strong, there are times when other people's words aren't reported even though there's no obvious disruption in service.

On a browser on the Mac, hitting the "reload page" button or key-combination fixes things. In Ember, I find I have hit the hardward 'home' button on the iPhone and then go back into the Ember Campfire room to accomplish a screen refresh. A "reload" button would be useful.
