How can I stop duplicating contacts with my Treo 650? It seems to add a contact every time a get a call. I use it with Outlook.
I seems the only way to get rid of duplicate contacts is to physically go into Outlook and delete them individually. Is there a better way to eliminate duplicate contacts? I am a real estate broker and I get several calls for the same person. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?I've had various difficulties with double syncing of Outlook appointments too. I've had to physically remove all of them and make sure the HotSync is balanced. The new problem I'm having is with Zimbra online calendar and syncing that to Outlook and then to my Treo. This took the tech at my office 6 hours, mostly because I had lots of appointments all around. I will need to hand enter lots of Treo calendar appointments before I can sync with Treo because Treo or Outlook wants to create a new instance of my calendar now that I had to create a whole new profile in Outlook for Zimbra. VERY unproductive productivity tool!

Inappropriate?try Missing Sync, I find it a lot better than the Palm's sync software, and you will then be able to 'merge' the contacts
