Cannot click on the room in favorite rooms and openit

I tried to go to my favorite room and it wont allow it to work. I had to click the person in that room OR i had to go to room browser to enter the room via the paltalk express...... can you please look into it.

Never had that issue before. With regular paltalk it works fine. I also tried Internet explorer and that is a no go either. Firefox is not allowing it as well.

It is quite annoying to have that there and it not work.
