Paltalk Not so Express

I use a Mac when trying to use my registered green nick to log in to Paltalk Express. JUST ONE TIME was I able to join and interact within a room with my registered nick. THE REST of the time I have to use a new registered nick through paltalk express to log in and use the program in a functional manner. Why is this??
