Access Level not changing users Access Level in Conference
After creating a Conference room, as the moderator, I right click on another user, then select "Access level...". After changing the users access level and clicking the OK button, the users access level remains the same (no change). How can I make this function work, or am I missing something? Thank you!!

Inappropriate?Check the configuration of your MUC service. It might not be allowing or supporting those changes.
Also have a look in Pandion's console. Press F12 to open it and have a look at the XML that is being sent/received when you change the access level. It could give some clue to why it is not having any effect. -
Thank you very much! I see here in the xml that is sent the request, but RECV stated there was an error. I am using OpenFire as the server. Is MUC something I would change there? Thank you for all the help! -

Inappropriate?Something seems wrong with the XML. Are you sure this is displaying correctly or maybe GetSatisfaction is filtering the data. The "to", "id" and "xmlns" attributes are missing.
