Conference room settings
When I create a conference room, all participants I invite are set to visitors and cannot send messages. I try to change their access level to participant or moderator but when I click save, nothing changes. When I click default, it changes them back to visitor? Why does this happen and can I change the default settings?

Inappropriate?Check if you have admin/owner access to that room.
You can also find out more by opening the Network Monitor in Pandion. Press F12 to view this analysis tool. Copy and paste what is shown when you try to change the user's properties. -

Inappropriate?Actually GetSatisfaction has a problem with XML namespace (xmlns) attributes so they don't show up in comments. Can you please post the XML log as a screenshot or file attachment? Also show the entire XML log from when you create the room.
