HELP - Cannot log in
I cannot log in. I have put in my im address and password and i get this message:
Cannot log in:
You entered an incorrect password or
Account does not exist on the server.
My boss was able to log on as me on her computer with the same user information.
Is it something with my personal computer????

Inappropriate?Which XMPP server are you trying to connect to?
Is it a public XMPP server online or a private server on your intranet?
Can you ping that server?
Were you able to connect before or is this the first time you install Pandion on your computer?
It also helps to see a console log from your login attempt. Press F12 at the Sign In screen and copy paste everything that appears in the console when you attempt to connect. -

The server is public I guess.... it's through quicktate... an online transcription company

This was my first time to install Pandion. My supervisor could log on as me from her computer using my information but I couldnt ever get it to work on mine.

Inappropriate?Seems like you typed the wrong password. Ask your supervisor for the exact password. Be mindful of similar looking characters like the letter O and digit 0 or lowercase L and uppercase I.
