How can I disable using avatars in pandion with openfire 3.6.4?
Working with Pandion 2.5 and Openfire 3.6.4 and wanting to disable Avatars - setting the ldap.override.avatar property to false in openfire disables avatars in spark, however it does not in pandion. Is there a way to disable avatars in pandion?

Inappropriate?I suspect Spark uses some Openfire-Spark specific extension of XMPP to request settings. This extension is not supported by Pandion.
In Pandion settings are configured through XML files in the "settings" sub directory (also stored per user in "%APPDATA%/Pandion). But currently there is no setting to disable avatars in Pandion.
What is the reason for disabling avatars? I'm not seeing the use case.
