How do I get Pandion to show First Name, Last Name instead of Username@server?
Users connected with Pidgin show up as FirstName LastName... but users connected with Pandion show up as Username@server. (I've tested by logging on with each client and my name shows up differently with each.)

Inappropriate?Pandion checks the user's vCard for any contact displayed by its IM address. If the vCard contains a real name (first/last/fn) or nick name, the roster item will be updated.
Press F12 to check the XML traffic. Look for any packes containing jabber:iq;roster and vCard. This might tell you why contacts' names are not getting updated.1 Comment

I checked the XML. Here's the difference I'm seeing.
item jid="doejane@server" name = "Jane Doe" ...
item jid="doejohn@server" name="" ...
Any ideas? -
Inappropriate?Do you see any outbound (SENT) packets following that? It should be requesting the vCard profile of your doejohn@server contact if their "name" attribute is empty.
