The JS/HTML/CSS of the old version hasn't changed much at the time of publishing, and you can anyways get it from Pandion 2.5 when you install it.

The old C++ source is not published anywhere. Dries chose to rewrite most of it and do a major clean up before publishing anything. Future development will be based on this new code.
