Why doesn't my download work?
I have the Sprint phone Motorola Krzr but I am through a cricket company (Boost Mobile). I can download the free-trial but not the full version. Why can't I get the full version?

Thanks for your question.
The phone you have is capable of streaming Pandora, but only if your carrier is Sprint. Boost doesn't currently have a partnership with Pandora.
In the mobile world today, for Pandora to work on your phone, you need a Pandora-supported phone and a carrier that partners with Pandora.
