Customer suport link...
The Contact Us page still has a sloppy text only link to support at panels
Contact the Panels Team.
You can reach the panels team through the following methods:
email - support at panels.net
Shouldn't this line be coded as support@panels.net for a one click activation?
This looks careless, or perhaps you are not soliciting email to the direct support email and instead want folks to use GetSatisfaction. Twitter isn't worth a Twit as far as I am concerned for any serious Customer Service interface.

Inappropriate?Hi Jon,
Thanks for the feedback, we have support at panels.net not coded so spam bots will not pick it up. I will talk it over with the team and see about getting it changed. We are looking to redesign the entire site soon.
Ideally we would like people to use Get Satisfaction for all support requests, how was your experience with Get Satisfaction?
We offer twitter as an option for people, many companies have a presence on twitter and it is free and easy to monitor. I agree it is not useful for an extended support dialogue but for quick q&a it can work well. We want to be as accessible as possible.
Did you have any specific feedback about the text? We tried to keep it simple...
Best Regards,
Kevin

Kevin,Thanks. Good explanation.
GetSatisfaction is a nice quick interface. It would be excellent for Panels to use.
My only suggestion on the entry screen would be to keep it the same but to reduce the font sizes so that it all fits on a single screen without having to scroll down to see the lower half of the screen.
Otherwise it looks great for me.
