I have placed an order a couple of days ago but I haven't heard back from anyone since that. I've paid with PayPal after e-mailing Mike (my Ticket ID is [1295269]).

Because we have to process PayPal orders manually (there's no automation), it takes longer than usual. And Mike's on vacation, to boot! :)
I'll make sure it gets done ASAP -- hopefully tomorrow.

I've already been waiting 4 days when I posted my question here, and it's been two days since you've responded and I still haven't received my codes yet.
I can't believe it takes Panic 6(!) days to process an order, be it manually or not.
Can you *please* send me the registration codes.
