Sorry you don't like the button, Craig. We wanted it to be prominent because lots of people were having trouble figuring out how to send customer service request. Also, as GetSatisfaction (the provider of the feedback software) becomes more popular, that's becoming something of a standard -- which makes it easy for people to recognize and find.

We're in the midst of a redesign and will think about placement of the Feedback prompt.
