Panopto has launched a new way for customers to get support. Our new Help Desk site (http://helpdesk.panopto.com) allows users to do the following:Create your own support tickets.Track the progress of your support tickets. This is for supported customers only. Socrates participants will be redirected to post in the forums for community help. With the change to the new site, we will no longer be monitoring our GetSatisfaction site. We will leave the site active as the content will be searchable from the helpdesk.
