Billing/Payment Questions
I have some questions about billing. I am using the trial version of Panopto CourseCast Hosted Standard and I want to continue using it when the trial ends. The college I teach for is not ready to adopt Panopto until they finish their Tegrity license. However Tegrity is not available to anyone outside our Nursing Program - in other words, not to me! If I continue using Panopto CourseCast Hosted Standard and you bill me $49/month, can I cancel at any time or do I have to commit to a certain number of months? Also, I'd like to be able to not pay during the summer months when I don't teach (May and June) but continue again when I start teaching in July. Is it possible to get a contract that runs from July through April?
