Course Cast not working with Powerpoint?
We have just implemented Course Cast on my organisations local server.
I made my first Course Cast using Powerpoint but the status was stuck on "Processing" after uploading.
I then logged onto the administration panel/Intructors and staff and was forwarded straight to the status section and this particular Course Cast had the following message:
"Failed to generate slide images for d6244d9d-132d-49ab-ba6b-9467a92c741f.ppt"
I was able to record a Course Cast successfully without Powerpoint it seems to be effecting Powerpoint Course Casts only.
I did use Powerpoint 2007.

Open and save a PPT file on the copy of PowerPoint installed on the server. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to contact Panopto support (support@panopto.com).
