How do I get the Datapath VisionRGB-E1 capture card to show up as a primary video source?

Hello, we recently purchased a VisionRGB-E1 Single Channel Capture Card as recommended by Panopto on their equipment guide.

The device is currently setup using the DVI to Component adapter and a camera is directly connected to the capture card over a component cable.

When the Panopto recorder is opened, this device does not show up as a possible choice under the primary video devices drop-down menu. However, it does show up under the secondary devices or "Add another Video device".

The latest drivers are installed and other everything is working properly, but we need the recording to be set to the primary so that we can achieve 30 FPS with the recording, not 15 FPS under secondary.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
