Need to Upload Local Files Again

I uploaded my presentation and it is encoded on the server. I made some changes to the wmv file for my screen cast within Camtasia Studio and encoded back out as a .wmv. I want upload the files that reside on my local machine back to the server so it can get encoded again. Can this be done? I tried bringing up recorder which does not allow me to upload the files again.
